I wrote a song about my experiences with IIH a little while ago. I was tempted to just come on here and rant, but it ended up coming out like this... So yeah, just felt like sharing it.

Snow clouds are coming down
Stop to freeze only to watch the spot turn black
Close my eyes and swim inside
Count the stars till I lose track
Feel it blowing in my eyes
I reach out to touch the breeze
But as I turn I realize
I’m the only one who sees

I’m sorry if it’s not convenient
I’m sorry if it’s just too hard to believe

I guess that makes it a lie though it’s the truth to me
I’m sorry if you can’t see it
I’m sorry if the machine didn’t find a thing
Even though it’s my problem, I guess it’s got nothing to do with me

Tonight hurt more than others
But I ignored it till I could quit
The rewards came and I was happy
Until it came back for a second hit
My head aches, it’s a common thing
I wake each day in the dark
My mother tells me, you’re not so weak
Everybody, anybody needs the extra sleep
