People who didn't understand before do after they hear about the spoon theory. They especially understand the fear of using the last few before bed and the anxiety it makes us feel that we're going to run out early.
I use the spoon theory as an explanation often.

I love the spoon theory! Very Happy I even have a tattoo of a IH ribbon that turns into a spoon! I think its a great way to explain to people about invisible illnesses! I am a spoonie! Very Happy lol
