I'm going to be trying out Acai berry, you may have heard of it, it's been advertised all over the web, but most of all it has been endorsed by lots of reputable sources. After looking into it, the health benefits from it are very attractive and encouraging, for example boosting not only the metabolism, but your immune system, energy levels, your digestive system and other beneficial things. I know it will benefit me, because there are certain foods I can't eat due to allergies, which of course means I don't get the benefit of their much needed things, such as vitamins A, B1, B2, B3, C and E, as well as potassium, magnesium, copper, calcium, and zinc.

So this being said I'm giving it a go, and I'll keep you posted on whether or not it actually works. If it does I will definitely be recommending it to you. So fingers crossed it works and we could be onto a winner at last.
