This is a fantastic new paper discussing pathophysiology of IIH, and I really think they are getting closer to understanding this. I am very happy about the significant discussion of the lymphatic pathway for CSF drainage because I think this is very important and not considered much by the neurologists. There is discussion of the various venous outflow stenoses that may be seen and how this interacts with the glymphatic system.
