You may try sleeping with your head elevated and see if that alleviates any of your symptoms. I have had a couple different surgeons tell me that morning headaches are common for people with
IIH and you may just have to play around until you find an elevation that works for you. I always sleep with my head a little elevated, but, if there are storms or major weather changes, I'm basically at a 45-60% angle.
Deb's right, environment can also play a roll, as well as other contributing conditions like sleep apnea. If raising your head or removing any toxins from your environment doesn't help, you may want to follow up with your neurologist or neuro-ophthalmologist. That is assuming you still have regular check-ups, if not and this is a change for you, I'd have vision checked and speak with someone anyway.
I hope it helps!
