Remembering Your Medication

We all know that short term memory with IIH causes its problems, one of them being remembering when to take our medication. Some fo you will be on several tablet or more which have to be taken through out the day. I persdonally have a weekly pill dispenser which has 4 compartments for my main medication, and in conjunction with this, I set alarms on my mobile phone to remind me when to take them.

There are several ways of remembering your medication and here of some of them;

  1. Keep a log book or diary
  2. Set the times on your mobile phone (cellphone)
  3. Use the alarm on your watch if it's digital
  4. Get an Automatic Pill Dipenser with Alarm
  5. Use an alarm clock

There is a handy printout in our useful printout and guide sheet section. For more ideas on medication reminders visit this link epill it has lots of medication reminders for you to choose from.
