Optic Sheath Fenestration Empty

I've had IIH for awhile and had the optic sheath fenestration about a year ago. I also have a VP shunt. I had another bout of grayed out vision in one eye yesterday that lasted about an hour.

Has anyone had more than one optic sheath fenestration operations?
