so i will start the good news first my shunt seems to be working this time few low pressure head aches but red bull seems to be helping.

so for the not so good news as i have mentioned since surgery my shoulder has been VERY pain full but thanks to you guys advise heat pads and deep heat have help alot. But i was just wondering if any of you GIRLS have problems during your periods i have always been lucky no pain periods but my hip and just above it is killing me now that i am on my period is this common, never happened befor my shunt. will it go away after my period x

Sammy I am so very pleased for you that the shunt is working. I know you had a bit of a time of it and it is so good to know you are on the mend finallyI didn't have that kind of pain with my periods afterwards, although I did have terrible period pain anyway. I'd get that checked out with your GP though. Sorry I can't help more.
