Lily, I've searched the web for you, and unfortunately I haven't been able to find anything similar in America, although you can get this delievered to america, they sell it on Amazon too. It's had some great reviews, and I use it myself and so does my husband for his migraines. It does work really well. I'll keep looking for you though.

Thank you very much for this review! I have been relying on painkillers and I don't like taking too many pills. I am going to pop to the pharmacy and buy some 4head - it will be worth a try if there is a chance I will be able to cut back on the paracetamol and the codine!

Just a quick update!

I bought some 4head a couple of days ago, I was in indescribable pain and I really wanted relief and I have to say it was the best couple of pounds I have ever spent! It works brilliantly! The 4head actually got rid of the majority of my headache for about 2 hours, which is a LONG time in the world of IIH!

What I love about it is that it doesn't contain anything like paracetamol, codeine, or any other kind of painkiller that you would take orally. I LOVE that, as I am really trying to take care of my liver with all of the prescribed medication I have to take.

I would recommend this 100% - if anyone has a headache and can find a shop that sells 4head - give it a try!
