We are looking for these qualities to build a strong Board to form a Foundation to help IIH sufferers on an international scale.


 Ability to work effectively with people from diverse cultural backgrounds
 Strategic vision
 Integrity
 Independent judgement, ability to think creatively and willingness to speak their mind
 An understanding and acceptance of the legal duties, responsibilities and liabilities of trusteeship
 A commitment to active participation in fundraising and advocacy
 Willingness to devote the necessary time and effort to role as a trustee
 Committed to meeting, and being led by, the needs of members
 Ability to analyse and evaluate information, to set targets and prioritise, to assess performance
and to manage risk
 Ability to exercise confidentiality and discretion, to listen to others with openness and respect, to
collaborate and contribute to problem solving
 Ability to work effectively as a member of a team and engage in decision‐making.
