Patient Support and Advisory Service

Although we hope that the services you have received have met your expectations, there may be occasions when you are not satisfied and wish to raise a concern. The Patient Support and Advisory Service was introduced across the Health Board early in 2012. Its aim is to listen and resolve concerns you may have as soon as possible. You may wish to speak directly to the staff involved but sometimes you may not feel this is possible or you may not know whom to speak to. The Patient Support and Advisory Service is here to help.

The service is available to patients, carers and relatives for confidential advice and support.
