Why does my eye twitch?

hi all, first i would like to say hello! and that i hope everyone is doing great!
now here is my question, has any of you fellow sufferers ever experienced eye twitching( it is the upper eylid and what it does is spasm i guess the muscles squeezes together for a second), off and on all day every few seconds or minutes? and along with that above my left eye (the twitching one) i would say it is on top of my head positioned a little in front of the ear, if you used the ear as a guide like a stabbing it happens every few minutes or seconds even and it is like i quick poke then goes away, i hope this is a good explanation, just curious if anyone else has felt what i am, would love to ask a doctor, but i don't have one, which makes this all the more hard on me(money is an issue). i feel so hopeless. would love the feed back [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] friends! To put your mind at rest, I also have the twitching in either eye from time to time, and I don't think it is confined to sufferers of IIH. I have found some information that you may find helpful •Why Does My Eye Twitch?

The stabbing type feeling you seem to be feeling in your head sounds like an Icepick headache which we cover in our A-Z of Common Headaches Experienced with IIH I'm not saying it is for definite but read the information on these headaches and see if it matches what you experience.

Also check out our help link for benefits and help with medication costs in our recommendations for you section. I hope this has benn of help to you, and please keep us updated on your progress.

Hi! Yes, I have experienced both of the symptoms you described, the eye twitches and the stabbing pains ... I don't really have any answers as to what or why, but wanted to assure you that you are not alone! Smile
