Anyone who has problem sinus' may be familiar with Neti Pots or Nasal Wash devices. 

Neti Pots are used to clean sinus' and help prevent colds and infections, but they only work if you use them properly. There have been reports of people dying from using them incorrectly by using tap water without boiling.
